1. The time frame mentioned above doesn't include production time and account for delays caused by vendors or service and weather disruptions.

2. PO. Box is not accepted. Don't use a PO. Box as your shipping address. Otherwise, the package cannot be delivered.

3. Shipping times are estimated only and are not guaranteed. There are many factors that may cause the delay of your item, e.g. holiday season, bad weather conditions, strikes as well as war, covid or other disease policies, etc. We appreciate your kind understanding for any possible inconvenience.

4. The cost incurred due to the buyer’s delivery delay or address modification shall be borne by the buyer.

5. The buyer needs to pay for the cost incurred due to the buyer's cancellation or return of the order halfway for personal reasons.

Cancellations accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled shipping. Within 24 hours of the shipping, cancellations will be charged 25% of the product cost.

Returns are accepted within 1 day of receipt of product and given the product was not used or worn. Shipping cost will also be refunded.
